Our experienced instructors are excited to help you explore this wonderful hobby. This year we will be offering intro, intermediate, and special custom classes.

Intro & Intermediate classes will be held at our shop, downtown Traverse City.

Do you provide vises, tools, & materials?

Yes, for our intro & intermediate classes we provide everything you need to tie flies during class. If you are attending a custom class you will need to bring a vise and tools (materials will be provided).

What happens if I can't make a class?

Please check your calendar before you sign up for these classes. If you cannot make a class, we will try to work with you but it may not work for our schedules to have an extra session for you.

Winter weather

We take safety very seriously and will postpone classes if road conditions are unreasonable.

Can I change the class I signed up for or get a refund?

Please understand that these classes have limited availability. Our instructors cannot fill these spots on short notice. We will do our best to work with you but typically there are no refunds.
