Cryo Skunk Tutorial
You may have heard us talking about fishing skunks or twitch flies at the shop and wondered: what the heck is a skunk? Well, we're here to shed some light on this Michigan phenomenon. Full of rubber legs, these flies may look goofy but they sure catch fish. Typically, we fish these downstream and across with twitching motions from the rod tip. This works the rubber legs and gets the attention of trout (and many other fish) demanding they strike out of instinct at this invading nuisance.
